Formula un

Now bear with me, this is one of my dreams, which I've decided to type up... So, here goes.. Oh by the way, I don't remember any of my proper dreams, so it's more of a daydream :)
So, it's based in Summer 2013, and I fly through my driving lessons and pass my test with flying colours, so my parents buy me racing lessons at Silverstone, for 3 days and staying at a hotel nearby. So, the first day I learn how to heel-toe, and become like amazing at it, so I just zoom around the track loads, and smash the lap record in the car, despite having a passenger which added weight and slowed me down. So, on the second day, they offer for me to choose the car for the day, so I chose a Ginetta, because they are little beauties, and of course smashed numerous other records. So, on the third day I was put in a formula 3 car, and ended up going faster than the back few formula one drivers, the likes of Marussia and Caterham, but just behind the Toro Rossos of Daniel Ricciardo and Jean-Éric Vergne. Then, at the end of the day Christian Horner of all people approached me and asked me to try the F1 simulator at Silverstone, it had all of the tracks and acted just as an actual F1 car would. He said that they like to offer it to people who are passionate about cars and motorsport, especially F1 as an experience. So, I rang my dad, and he extended my hotel stay. You can guess that I did do the simulator, and did very well.
So, It's now November, and I get back from school to find the home phone ringing, I pick it up, and It's Christian Horner again, he tells me that he was very impressed with my work in the simulator and would like to offer me a Toro Rosso driving position, on a preliminary basis, which would become a proper contract if they were impressed at testing, as both positions were coming free. Now, I was immensely confused by this, as I thought that Christian had no right to choose the Toro Rosso drivers. He then informed me that being head of Red Bull meant that he was also head of the Red Bull drivers programme.
I did feel a bit guilty, as there would be those who followed the programme properly, whereas I was immediately fast tracked. But to ease my guilt, my teammate had also been fast tracked, but from Formula 4, it was Charlie Robertson who I had seen in the Ginetta Junior Championship only the year before. So, testing went brilliantly, I had great fun and made friends with Jean-Éric Vergne (YEY!), I got the place on the team, as did Charlie, but then I had to go back to school. The first race was Melbourne, I'd only told a select few people, and I invited two of my friends from school to have the VIP spots in the garage for Melbourne. We had first class seats on the plane, so we could relax. I loved the whole lifestyle, the freedom that I had, I could just run around the track as much as I wanted to (I ran it to learn the layout properly), practice also helped me to learn the layout, so by quali I pretty much knew the track perfectly. Quali went pretty well too, I finished 5th, so was in quite a good position for the race. It was race day, I was unbelievably nervous, but beyond excited as well, the car was set up, I was given all of the facts and figures.
We did the formation lap, and the lights went green, we were off. I didn't even have to think, it was automatic, my foot went down, and my hands turned the wheel, I zoomed past the leaders, and went straight into 1st, now I just had to keep it.... It was about half way through the race, I still had first and was way ahead of everyone, I was lapping people, and the blue flags were out. Pastor Maldonado was in front of me, he moved to the side for me, and I was driving past me, when suddenly he smashed into the back of me... I flew off the track, like actually flew in the air, and started cartwheeling round and around, I explained to the team via the radio that the centripetal force was keeping me in, so I couldn't get out... I told them that I'd had great fun that weekend. The cartwheeling stopped, the car was on its nose, I was looking at the floor, not able to look anywhere else... "It's just like Oblivion" I said ..........
